U.S. Federal Government
The Federal government has been infiltrated by my attackers to hide what's going on (Yes, I am sure. Yes, this is true). With their domains like "fbi.gov" hijacked, email communication is compromised and contacting the government online is ineffective.
If you make a report or contact a government office handling cyber-security or public corruption, mention this website, ChicagoTransBash.com or Dalton Lind so we can get some momentum. When it eventually results in an internal audit, the investigation will uncover a deep-rooted issue of corruption disproportionately directed towards the LGBT community.

Judging by the IPs of the network interfaces on my phones, I'm evidently part of an international investigation by the DoD / NSA / CIA (initially started from FTC report #173150555 ). However, I have not spoken to anyone from the DoD, there is no phone number for me to call, and the issues still persist despite me having sufficient information to provide them from the investigation I've conducted on my own.
I am hoping if a few others contact them about my situation, they'll make the realization about it truly being a publicly known issue & phenomena of corruption in our society.

Google
Google holds the longest list of malicious domains and software, and Google is more powerful than any government when it comes to shutting down hackers who are using Google Play Services and Google Firebase to roll out zero-touch updates to many devices they're monitoring.

The HRC has been the source for learning about the number of trans homicides found in news reports, and they're the organization to contact to get involved with helping the issue overall. I do not believe they are able to assist in my situation, as my issues are based in cyber crime (which I'm sure they've been facing themselves). However, if you're reading this page, there's a chance you may also get through to the HRC without interference.
I'm essentially trying to save the world single-handedly with thousands of evil people working against me. Alt-right extremist hate groups, ex-military Russians, and confused people being fooled into harming me have been following me around relentlessly and repeatedly bugging all electronics to stop people from contacting me.
I am NOT a criminal, I am NOT hacking you, I am NOT a voice in your head, I am NOT lying about anything I say for ulterior motives, & I DO NEED HELP URGENTLY for a real issue. Anything you hear otherwise was intentionally disseminated to stop me from getting help.
If you're the type of person who hates learning about computers and modern technology, you are the most at-risk for being completely fooled by fake or apps, sites, or schemes. Technology is actually more simple than tech companies intentionally make it seem.
A life-long tech nerd/enthusiast (me) once said
"You wouldn't pay them if you could do it yourself"
What I mean is companies profit immensely from providing services you can actually easily do on your own with the a few clicks. They'll frequently act as if they're doing some sort of heavy lifting to justify pricing, when in reality it costs them zero dollars and a few seconds of their time (or no time at all).
Don't let the technical jargon scare you (another tactic), and take the time to learn how your phone or computer works.
Prime examples of schemes used to capitalize on unknowing consumers are "The Cloud" and 2020's most popular discourse of "A.I.". Companies label their products and services with these buzz words to justify higher pricing, and it reflects in higher sales. If two tech companies offer identical products or services, whichever company includes "Cloud-based" and/or "A.I." in their marketing approach will get more sales without changing anything about the product or service.
